Join us for NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series racing on Friday, July 11th, featuring your favorite racing classes, plus the HD Dawgs, late models, and American Iron Racing Series (A.I.R.S.)!
Hawkeye Downs will also welcome NASCAR legend Kenny Wallace in the #7 Cassill Motors Sport Mod this Friday, July 11th. Wallace will also host a special autograph session at the track.
Plus, it’s our FREE HAT GIVEAWAY, thanks to Electronic Engineering! Gates open to the public at 6:00pm, with racing to begin at 7:05pm.

Miller 100 Presented by Van Meter with the ASA Midwest Tour, Midwest Legends Asphalt Series & HD Dawgs

Hawkeye Downs Speedway is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of the iconic Miller 100, a 100-lap ASA Midwest Tour race on Saturday, July 12, 2025, presented by Van Meter!
Additionally, Hawkeye Downs will host the Midwest Legends Asphalt Series and HD Dawgs on the track as part of the night's racing program. WATCH THE RACE ON TRACK.TV!
50/50 RAFFLE: Proceeds of the 50/50 raffle will benefit Variety – the Children’s Charity of Iowa in honor of Keith Fleck.

Racing at Hawkeye Downs
For the last 100 years, Hawkeye Downs Speedway has been home to one of the most popular race tracks in Iowa. The track features ¼ mile and ½ mile banked asphalt ovals for weekly stock car racing, enduros, street drags, drifting expos, and more. You can find more information about upcoming events on our Events tab or contact our team to rent the track for your next racing event.

Hosting Events at Hawkeye Downs Expo Center
From trade shows to annual meetings to auctions to weddings and beyond, the Expo Center is perfect for any event. Hawkeye Downs offers an event space with over 35,000 total square feet of temperature-controlled space for hosting events of all sizes. The Expo Center is located strategically near the highway with access to a variety of hotels and attracts over 100,000 visitors annually.
